摘要
慢调Q腔倒空方法是一种能够对激光器输出脉冲进行时间域整形的技术 ,使用非均匀反射镜腔的激光器是一种能够对谐振腔内光波场的空间截面分布进行特定变换即空间域整形的激光器 。
Adjusting Q slowly cavity flowing empty technology is a method that renovates pulses in the time field. The application of non-uniform reflection mirror cavity is able to change the space section structure of the optical wave field. Hybrid application of these two technologies in a ns grade Q-switched pulse Nd:YAG laser makes it available to renovate pulses in time and space at the meantime.
