摘要
针对三维激光加工的特点和具体要求 ,介绍了作者采用面向对象技术 ,利用mechanicaldesktop(MDT)上的二次开发工具ARX ,从CAD模型中提取激光”刀”位数据 ,并将数据转化为激光头位数据 ,利用这些数据进行模拟仿真、干涉检查 ,最后 ,经过坐标变换 ,把计算机中的数据变换为加工机床数据 ,生成NC代码进行加工。开发出的三维激光加工软件实用性强 ,可快速。
In this paper, the movement of the laser head during laser processing is analyzed. With the help of object-oriented method and tool kit ARX on mechanical desktop (MDT), position data and normal data from model in MDT are extracted, and them these data are transferred to machine data, finally NC codes for processing are generated. The developed laser processing CAM system is practical with high speed and high efficiency for laser processing of complex 3D parts.
