血粘度改变对2型糖尿病血管病变的影响(附108例报告)

Effect of blood viscosity changes on vascular complications in type 2 diabetic patients

目的 探讨血粘度改变对 2型糖尿病血管病变的影响。方法 选择 2型糖尿病患者 10 8例 ,健康对照组 60例进行血流变测定。同时对 2型糖尿病患者血粘度改变合并血管病变进行分析。结果 2型糖尿病患者血液呈明显高粘高聚状态。血粘度异常的糖尿病患者更易并发血管病变。

Objective To discuss the effect of blood viscosity changes on vascular complications in type 2 diabetes.Methods We selected 108 patients with type 2 diabetes and 60 normal controls to assess their vascular rheology.The relationship between blood viscosity changes and vascular complications in type 2 diabetic patients was also analyzed.Results The blood viscosity was significantly higher in type 2 diabetic patients compared with that in normal controls.The diabetic patients with abnormal blood viscosity had a higher risk to advance vascular complications.Conclusion Our results suggest that to rectify the abnormalities of blood viscosity has great importance in the prevention and treatment of vascular complications.
