老年人消化性溃疡272例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 272 elderly patients with ulcer

目的 探讨老年人消化性溃疡的临床特点及意义。方法 对我院 1994年 1月～ 2 0 0 0年 7月胃镜检出的 2 72例老年人消化性溃疡和同期中青年组的消化性溃疡 912例对照分析。结果 老年人消化性溃疡有临床症状不典型、溃疡范围较大、高位胃体溃疡、并发症多见以及溃疡难以愈合等特点。结论 针对老年人消化性消化溃疡的特点 ,60岁以上老年人出现原因不明的上腹部不适等症状 ,应常规作胃镜检查 。

Objective To study the clinical features and meanings of peptic ulcer in elderly patients.Methods We compared 272 elderly patients with 912 young patients,all suffering from peptic ulcer,by means of gastroscopy from Jan.1994 to Jul.2000.Results The features of peptic ulcer in elderly patients are unusual symptoms,large scale ulcer,higher gastric ulcer in corpus ventrculi,more familiar syndrome and indolent ulcer.Conclusion According to the features,the patients over 60 of age who feel unknown discomfort in midsection usually need gastroscopy and more active therapy than the young patients.
