止血芳酸在体外循环手术中的应用

The application and observation of P-AminomehylBenozic Acid in the operation of in vitro circulation

目的为了探讨不同剂量止血芳酸 (PAMBA)在手术中的应用。方法将 36例心脏手术随机分为 3组 ,每组 12例。对照组即A组 (术中不用PAMBA) ;观察组为B组 (PAMBA 5mg/kg静注 )和C组 (PAMBA 10mg/kg静注 )两组。观察组分别于切皮前 10min ,鱼精蛋白中和肝素后静注PAMBA 5mg/kg和 10mg/kg各一次 ,以及体外循环预充液中加入PAMBA 5mg/kg和 10mg/kg一次。结果与对照组比较 ,观察组术后 2 4h引流量明显减少 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,观察组间差异无显著意义 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 5mg/kg和 10mg/kgPAMBA的分次静注能有效地抑制纤溶活动 ,减少术后出血。

Objective To explore the application of P-AminomehylBenozic Acid (PAMBA) at different dosage during operation. Method 36 cases of patients with heart operation were divided into three groups, 12 cases each, control group A (without PAMBA), observation group B (PAMBA 5 mg/kg vein injection) and observation group C (PAMBA 10 mg/kg vein injection)vein injection of PAMBA after injection of nucleoprotamine and heparin and during in vitro circulation. Result Compared with control group, the amount of drainage 24 hours after operation were reduced significantly ( P <0.01, P <0.01). there was no significantly difference in the amount of drainage between observation group B and group C. ( P >0.05). Conclusion 5 mg/kg and 10 mg/kg PAMBA injection at certain interval will effectively inhabit fibrinolysis and reduce bleeding after operation.
