摘要
目的 采用国际通用的康奈尔医学量表 (CornellMedicalIndex ,CMI)全面地定量评估独生子女大学本科生的身心健康。方法 随机抽取山东中医药大学本科生 1 34名独生子女为研究对象 ,2 58名非独生子女为对照组 ,用CMI量表进行问卷调查 ,采用华西医科大学卫生统计学教研室的PEMS软件包完成统计分析。结果 独生子女大学生的CMI身心健康总分 (A -R)、心理健康总分 (M -R)及A -L各项因子分值均不同程度地低于非独生子女。结论 独生子女身心健康水平高于非独生子女。
Objective Adopting the internationally commonly used Cornell Medical Index (CMI) to make complete quantitative evaluation of the psychosomatic health status of only-child undergraduates. Methods 134 only-child and 258 non-only-child undergraduates of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly taken to assign to experimental group and control group, and were surveyed with CMI. Data were analyzed using PEMS software provided by statistics department of west china medical university. Results Scores in psychosomatic health (A-R), psychological health (M-R) and all items of A-R were all lower for only-child group than for non-only-child group. Conclusions The psychosomatic health status of only-child undergraduates is better than that of non-only-child undergraduates.
