叠氮膦酸酯类化合物的合成及生物活性研究

Synthesis of Phosphonates with Azido Group and Their Bio-activities

首次合成了未见文献报道的O,O二(β叠氮乙基)α对甲苯磺酰胺基α取代苄基膦酸酯系列化合物。用1HNMR、元素分析、IR分别对其进行了结构鉴定。

A series of O , O bis( β azidoethyl) α toluenesulfonamide α substituted benzyl phosphonate ester compounds which had not been reported before were firstly synthesized. Their structures were conformed by 1 H NMR, element analysis、 and IR respectively, and their bio activities were measured at the same time.
