尿激酶、抵克力得治疗老年人高黏血症的对比研究

Effects of Urokinase and Ticlopidine on Blood Viscosity Parameters in Elderly Patients

为比较尿激酶、抵克力得对高黏血症的治疗作用 ,将 4 6例老年患者分为尿激酶 ( 2 4例 )、抵克力得 ( 2 2例 ) 2组。尿激酶组静脉给尿激酶 2 5万U/d ,1 0d为 1个疗程 ,抵克力得组口服抵克力得 0 .2 5g/d ,2 0d为 1个疗程。分别于单个疗程前后检测血液流变学指标。结果 :2组血液黏度均下降 ,但作用环节不同。提示 :2种药物均可治疗老年人高黏血症 。

To determine the effects of urokinase and ticlopidine on blood viscosity parameters in the elderly patients. Fouty six patients were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty four patients were treated by vein with urokinase at dose of 250 000 U/d, 22 patients were treated with ticlopidine at dose of 0.25 g/d. And blood viscosity paramoters were measured. Both urokinase and ticlopidine could decrease blood viscosity, but have different effect on blood viscosity parameters. The two drugs have different effects on treating blood hyperviscosity. They should be used according to blood viscosity parameters.
