用深低温保存同种异体颅骨修补颅骨缺损

Use of Frozen Cranial Vault Allografts in the Repair of Cranial Bone Defects

观察了 1 8例颅骨缺损病人选用深低温无菌保存的同种异体颅骨作为修补材料修补缺损的效果。 1 8例手术均成功 ,术后无感染 ,外形美观。随访证实移植骨片稳固 ,无骨片吸收。

To evaluate the effects of cranioplasty using allograft bone flaps, 18 patients with cranial defects were followed up after the original bone flaps were removed. The allograft bone flaps that were stored in a deep frozen state and kept bacterium free were used as repairing materials. All of 18 operations were successful. No infection occurred. X ray and CT scans showed no absorption of the grafts. The results indicate that cranioplasty using allograft bone flaps is safe and practical with a good cosmetic effects and no infection.
