摘要 目的 :观察非机械性因素导致的神经根超微结构改变。方法 :采用兔腰 6 ,7间盘纤维环切开的方法 ,使髓核组织与神经根接触 ,术后 1,3,7d电镜下观察受损神经根超微结构改变。结果 :术后 1d神经根轴索与髓鞘改变均不明显 ,术后 3d可见雪旺细胞逐渐肿胀 ,至术后 7d ,雪旺细胞肿胀更加明显 ,并有空泡形成 ,部分神经纤维的施兰切迹增大。结论 :纤维环切开 ,髓核组织通过渗漏与神经根接触后 ,可使神经根发生明显的超微结构改变。 Objective: Our aim was to observe the ultramicrostructure changes of nerve root induced by nonmechanical factors. Methods: We incised the anulus fibrosus of intervertebral disc of rabbit to make the nucleus pulposus contact with the nerve root. The ultramicrostructure changes of the nerve root were observed with electro microscope on the lst,3rd, and 7th day after the operation. Results: On the lst day neither axon nor myelin sheath presented obvious changes.On the 3 rd day, Schwann cell swelled gradually.On the 7th day,Schwann cell swelled more apparently.Schmidt-Lanterman incisuros of some nerve fibers enlarged. Conclusion: After the anulus fibrosus is incised, the pulposus tissue contactis with the nerve root by exudation or transudation. This will result in significant ultramicrostructure changes of nerve root.
