摘要 目的 :研究尖锐湿疣 (CA)患者HLA DR抗原表达的改变。方法 :采用单克隆抗体免疫荧光双标记及流式细胞仪分析技术 ,检测CA患者外周血HLA DR抗原的表达。结果 :CA患者外周血HLA DR+ 细胞数较正常对照组明显降低 ,并与CA患者病程呈负相关 ;复发CA患者的HLA DR+ CD3 + 和HLA DR+ CD8+ 细胞数均低于初发患者 ;CA患者外周血HLA DR+ CD8+ 细胞数明显低于正常对照组 ,并与CA患者病程呈负相关。结论 :上述结果表明CA患者外周血淋巴细胞HLA DR抗原表达存在异常。 Objective:Our aim was to study the change of HLA-DR antigen in condyloma acuminata(CA).Methods:We tested the expression of HLA-DR in peripheral blood lymphocytes by immunofluorescent double sign-flowcytometry.Results:The number of HLA-DR positive cells in peripheral blood in CA was lower than that of normal control and the difference was rather significant (P<0.01).There was a negative correlation between HLA-DR positive cells and the course of disease.In the recurring patients,the number of HLA-DR positive cells was lower than that of the patients at first onset and the difference was rather significant (P<0.01). The numbers of HLA-DR+CD 3+ cells and HLA-DR+CD 4+ cells had no significant difference with those of control (P>0.05). However,in the recurring patients,the number of HLA-DR+CD 3+ cells was lower than that of the patients at first onset and the diffrence was significant (P<0.05).The number of HLA-DR+CD 8+ lymphocytes in peripheral blood of CA was lower than that of normal control and the difference was significant (P<0.01). A negative correlation existed between HLA-DR+CD 8+cells and the course of disease. In the recurring patients,the number of HLA-DR+CD8+ cells was lower than that of the patients at first onset and the diffrence was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The expression of HLA-DR in peripheral lymphocytes of patients with CA was abnormal.
