神经节苷脂在视网膜母细胞瘤组织中的表达

Ganglioside Expression in Tumor Tissues of Retinoblastoma

目的 :寻找视网膜母细胞瘤 (retinoblastoma ,RB)的生物学标志。方法 :应用高效薄层色谱法对 32例RB瘤组织及 2 1例对照视网膜组织的神经节苷脂进行对照分析。结果 :RB瘤组织神经节苷脂结合的唾液酸含量明显低于对照视网膜组织 (0 .0 4± 0 .0 1mg/ g(湿重 ) ,0 .11± 0 .0 2mg/g(湿重 ) ,P <0 .0 1)。GM 3,GM2 ,GM1,GD3及GD2为RB瘤组织主要成分 ,对照视网膜组织中则以GM 2、GM 1、GD1a、GT1b、GQ1b为主。结论 :神经节苷脂在RB瘤组织中的表达形式对其临床诊断及监测具有一定的价值。

Objective: Our purpose was to define a biological marker of retinoblastoma (RB). Methods: The gangliosides extracted from 32 samples of tumor tissues of RB and 21 control retina tissues were analyzed with high performance thin layer chromatography. Results: The concentration of total lipid-bound sialic acid in RB was lower significantly compared with that in the control retina tissues, (0.04±0.01 mg/g vs 0.11±0.02 mg/g, wet weight, P<0.01). GM3, GM2, GM1, GD3, and GD2 were the major gangliosides in RB, while GM2,GM1, GD1a, GT1b and GQ1b in the control retina tissues. Conclusion: The ganglioside pattern of RB might be of value in the diagnosis and monitoring of human retinoblastoma.
