摘要
目的 :研究不同界面处理方法对金属 树脂、瓷 树脂和金属烤瓷 树脂粘结强度的影响。方法 :制备直径8mm、厚 3mm的金属圆盘、瓷圆盘和金属瓷各 1/ 2面积的混合圆盘 80个 ,用喷砂或酸蚀处理后 ,分别与光固化树脂和水晶瓷粘结 ,用剪力机测量各组的抗剪强度。结果 :金属圆盘喷砂处理后与水晶瓷之间的粘结力最大 , x =17 9MPa。瓷界面喷砂或酸蚀后与树脂间的粘结强度增加 ,两者无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。混合界面用单纯喷砂处理或喷砂加酸蚀处理粘结效果都比较好。两种修复材料中 ,以水晶瓷的粘结效果最佳 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 1)。结论 :金属表面喷砂处理 ,瓷表现喷砂或酸蚀处理均能提高修补材料的粘结强度 ,而金属表面喷砂处理效果最佳。
Objective: Our purpose was to study the effects of various surface treatments on metal-to-resin, porcelain-to-resin, and metal with porcelain-to-resin bonds. Methods: Eighty roud speciments (8 mm×3 mm) were fabricated with metal, porcelain, and metal-porcelain combined surface. After surface treatment of sandblasting and etching, these speciments were respectively bonded with light-curing composite resin and sculpture. The mean shear bond strengths were measured with shear machine. Results: The bond strength of the metal surface with sandblasted treatment and sculpture was the highest (17.91 MPa). Sandblast and etch can both increase the bond strength between porcelain and resin, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). In the metal-porcelain group, sandblast and combination of sandblast and etch had better effects. In addition, the bonding effect of sculpture was the best, which had significant difference with another material (P<0.01). Conclusion: Both treating the metal surface with sandblast and treating the porcelain surface with etch or sandblast can increase the bond strenght of repair materials. But the most effective method in this study was sandblasting metal surface. Sculpture bonding with bond agents was significantly better than light-curing bonding alone. Because sculpture has high strength, good color, and its properties approach ceramics, it is good material for repairing porcelain fracture.
