蟒针加指针治疗脑瘫及其刺法的探讨

Approach to Treatment of Cerebral Palsy with Elongated Needle Plus Finger-Pressu re Therapy and Needling Methods

目的 :用蟒针平刺和指针叩击刺激筋络循行部位 ,对脑瘫 (CP)智能提高作用及其刺法的机理探讨。方法 :将 4 9例CP分为两组 ,A组 38例用蟒针、指针平刺、叩击刺激筋络循行部位 ,B组11例不治疗 ,3个月结束进行疗效评定。 结果 :A组 38例中显效 2 1例 (55 3% ) ,有效 16例(4 2 1% ) ,总有效 37例 (97 4 % ) ;B组 11例未达到有效分数线。经统计学处理 ,A组比B组智能提高差异均有极显著性意义。结论 :蟒针、指针刺激表浅筋络可使机体产生一种气化效应作用 ,自我调理、平衡阴阳 ,或协助体内固有的调节系统 ,调节提高CP智能的作用。

Purpose To study on intelligence increasing effe ct and the mechanism of even needling of elongated needle and tapping of finger along travelling parts of tendon collate rals on cerebral palsy(CP).Methods Fourty nine cases of CP were divided int o two groups.Group A(38 cases) were trea ted with even needling of enlongated nee dle and tapping of finger along travelli ng parts of tendon collaterals;Group B ( 11 cases) were not treated,and therapeut ic effects were assessed after the end o f treatment for 3 months. Results Of the 38 cases in the group A,21 cases were markedly effective (55 3%,P<0 001),16 cases effective (42.1%,P<0 001),the total effective r ate being 97.4% (P<0 001),an d the score was increased in 38 cases (1 00%,P<0 01);Of the 11 cases in the group B,no case was effective and the score had the increase of less than 30 i n 6 cases (54.4%).There was significant difference between the two groups in inc rease of intelligence.Conclusion Stimulation of elongated needle and fing er tapping on superficial tendon collate rals can increase intelligence of CP.
