舒心合剂对急性心肌梗死远期心功能及心肌的保护作用

Protecting effect of Shuxin Decoction on long-dated cordis function and myocardial after AMI

目的 探讨舒心合剂对急性心肌梗死远期心功能及心肌的保护作用。方法 72例心肌梗死患者随机分为加服舒心合剂组 (治疗组 ) 38例和常规西药治疗组 (对照组 ) 34例 ,2组患者分别在心肌梗死后 4周和 6个月测定左室射血分数 (LVEF) ,在心肌梗死后 1、3、6个月检测 2 4h动态心电图心肌缺血总负荷 (TIB) ,并观察缺血相关事件。结果 治疗组 6个月后LVEF明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ,在 3、6个月复查TIB明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ,P <0 .0 1) ,且缺血性相关事件明明显少于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 舒心合剂对心肌梗死患者远期心功能有恢复作用 。

Objective To investigate protection of Shuxin decoction can be used to protect cordis function and myocardial after AMI. Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group (n=28) and a control group (n=34).Formal drugs were used in control group and Shuxin decoction were used in treatment guoup.LVEF were determined in forth week and sixth month after AMIon both groups.TIB were determined by Holter in the first,the third and the sixth month separately after AMI,observing relation to ischemic myocardium. Results LVEF of the treatment guoup was higher obviously than LVEF of the control group after six months(P<0.01).TIB and relation to ischemic of the treatment group were lower obviously than those of the control group after three months and six months,when they were checked(P<0.05). Conclusions Shuxin decoction can recover long-dated cordis function of AMI patients,can prevent ischemic myocardium and reduce relation of ischemic.
