摘要
目的 观察滋阴活血化瘀法治疗阴虚血瘀型 2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法 将94例患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 6 2例 ,应用中医滋阴活血化瘀法治疗 ;对照组 32例口服消渴丸治疗。 2组均 2个月为 1个疗程。结果 治疗组总有效率为 88.71% ,对照组为 5 9.38% ,2组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。 2组治疗后血液流变学比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 滋阴活血化瘀法治疗阴虚血瘀型 2型糖尿病疗效确切。
Objective To observe the effect of therapy of Ziyin Huoxue Huayu on type 2 diabetes. Methods 94 patients with type 2 diabetes were randomly allocated to two groups. In treatment group (n=62) therapy of Ziyin Huoxue Huayu was utilized and in control group (n=32) routine medicine (Xiaoke pill) was carried on. The therapeutic course is 2 months. Results The total effective rate in treatment group (88.71%) was significantly higher compared with those in control group (59.38%,P<0.01). Conclusion TCM has a definite effect on type 2 diabetes.
