本文提出离散变换组成的重叠数字滤波器，它由与样点有关的全部滤波器组成，重叠数字滤波的输出是有关的全部滤波器输出之和。本文首次指出重叠数字滤波器和非递归数字滤波器之间有明确的关系。对于相同的滤波器系数，重叠数字滤波器传输函数［Ｈ］是非递归数字滤波器传输函数Ｈ（ｊω）的取样。

this paper introduces the overlapping digital filter which is make up of the discrete transform The overlapping filter contains all filters concerned the sample, the output of the overlapping filter equals the sum of all filters output. this paper point out at first the clear relation between the overlapping filter and non-recursion digital. For same filter coefficition , the transfer function H of the overlapping filter are samples of transfer function H(jwt) of the non-resuriondigital filter
