脉冲响应式电容传感器的研究

Study on capacitance sensor of pulse response

为解决电容传感器电路简化与测量不确定度之间的矛盾问题 ,采用将开关电容理论引入到电容传感器中的方法。文中分析了电容传感器的现状 ,介绍了两种典型的实用开关电容电路。通过试验及对试验结果进行分析 。

To solve the matter between the capacitance sensor circuit's predigestion and the uncertainty of measurement, a method that using switch capacitance theory for the research of capacitance sensor is put forward. The developing condition of capacitance sensor is analyzed and two typical applied switch capacitance circu its are introduced. A conclusion from the examination and the analysis of examination result is drawed.
