Statistic Evaluation Methods of Linearity of Triangle Waveform Signal Edge

介绍了三角波信号沿线性度参数的一种统计分析评价方法 ;在均匀分布的条件下 ,通过使用波形测量手段和直方图统计分析方法 ,对三角波信号的幅度分布直方图、沿线性度等指标进行了评价 ,详细讨论了方法的实现过程以及有关技术问题 ,并对相应参数指标进行了误差分析 ;实验验证结果表明了该方法的有效性和实用性 ,该方法可应用到三角波信号源的性能指标评价中。

In this paper,a method about statistic evaluation of the linearity of the edge of triangle waveform signal is introduced.Under the uniform distribution condition and using vaveform measurement method and histogram statistic analysis method,the amplitude distribution histogram and the edge linearity of the triangle waveform signal are evaluated.The evaluation course and some relative technical problems are discussed in detail.The error analysis of relative parameters is done.The test result proved the effectiveness and practicability of this method.This method could be applied to the performance evaluation of the triangle waveform signal generator.
