摘要
对河南省上市公司经营者激励机制与公司绩效关系进行了如下研究 :上市公司绩效与现有经营者持股比例和年度报酬是否相关 ,上市公司资产规模和国家股比例的高低是否会对这种相关性有影响 ,造成现有经营者持股比例和年度报酬与公司绩效之间关系的原因分析。最后 ,提出相应建议。
The author conducts the research on the following relationships,such as the one between performance of the public-holding company and share-holding proportion and annual pay of managers,any influences to the above relationship by asset scale of the public-holding company and share-holding proportion of the state,analyzes the causes leading to the present relationship between share-holding proportion & annual pay of managers and the company performance,and puts forward some suggestions.
