新中国建国初期 ,中国政府对香港问题提出了维持香港现状 ,暂不收回 ;香港的企业不社会主义化 ,对香港的资本家要团结、合作 ;长期利用香港 ,保持香港的繁荣与稳定等策略。这是为最终解决香港问题所作出的历史性的成功探索。

At the early stage of the founding of New China,Chinese government put forward the following tactics towards Hong Kong,such as maintaining current situation without taking back Hong Kong,uniting and cooperating with Hong Kong capitalists,with their busineses remaining unsocialist,making long-term use of Hong Kong and maintaining its prosperinty and stability,etc.The historical successful exploration results in the final solusion of Hong Kong problem.
