摘要
双恒定运行方案是船用核动力装置的理想运行方案 ,有利于提高核动力装置的总体运行性能 .理论分析表明 ,船用压水堆核动力装置实现双恒定运行方案的热工水力条件 ,是自然循环蒸汽发生器一次侧冷却剂流量必须与装置负荷保持一定函数关系 .通过调节冷却剂流量可改变蒸汽发生器的传热特性 ,从而在冷却剂平均温度不变的前提下保持蒸汽压力恒定 .为了验证理论分析结果 ,与核动力运行研究所合作进行了真实运行参数条件下的蒸汽发生器传热实验 ,实验结果证实了理论计算方法与结果的合理与可信 .
The ideal steady_state programming of a marine nuclear power plant (NPP) is a programming with constant coolant average temperature and constant steam pressure to improve the collectivity operation performance of NPP.According to the results of theoretical analysis,the thermohydraulic condition for implementation of the ideal steady_state programming is that the coolant flow rate in the heat transfer pipes of natural circulation steam generator (SG) must be the function of load .The heat transfer performances of steam generator can be varied by regulating the coolant flow rate,thus the steam pressure can be maintained constant at a constant coolant average temperature.For validating the theorretical analysis results,the heat transfer experiment of steam generator under actual operation parameters is performed in cooperation with the Nuclear Power Operation Research Institute (NPORI).The experimental results indicate that the steady_state performances of a steam generator are in agreement with the theoretic performances.
