摘要
锅炉制造业中使用的 30CrMoA钢螺栓紧固件是锅炉生产中的关键部件 .本文针对该产品在热处理工艺中出现的质量问题展开对 30CrMoA钢淬火和回火温度对组织和力学性能影响的研究 ,并借助于电子显微镜对热处理工艺对显微组织的影响进行了深入研究 .在实验的基础上优选出的 940℃ /30′水 + 6 5 0℃ /1 5h空热处理工艺不仅力学性能达到了检验标准的要求 ,而且组织形态也令人满意 .
The structures and mechanical properties of 30 CrMoA steel are investigated during quenching and tempering.The influence of heat treatment on microstructures is studied using SEM and TEM.The results show that the heat treatment 940?℃/30′ water+650?℃/1 5?h air is optimum,not only mechanical properties have reached the testing standard but also the metallographical structures are satisfactory.
