提出了多视图建模方法 ,且与信息结构方法作了对比 ,二者都应用于过程管理的信息流建模 .通过对比 ,分析了多视图建模方法的优点和缺点 ,说明根据需求而同时采用不同的建模方法的思想及如何建模 .作为实例 ,给出某典型机械产品开发过程中设计部分的过程建模的结果 .

The paper proposes Multi view Modeling method comparing with Information Structure method. They both serve the purpose of modeling information flows. Compared with Information Structure method, the paper presents the advantages and the disadvantages of Multi view modeling method the thoughts of adopting different modeling methods simultaneously and how to build the modeling. The results of the process modeling of detailed design of a representative mechanical product for developing process is given.
