加入WTO对中国农业的影响及对策研究

Making a research of effect of entering WTO on Chinese agriculture and countermeasures

从WTO关于农业贸易的基本规则《乌拉圭回合农业协议》和中国与美国达成的《中美农业合作协议》出发 ,分析了加入WTO对中国农业发展的积极意义和负面影响 ,提出了主要应对策略与措施 :调整农业结构 ,优化资源配置 ;加大WTO中“绿箱政策”的使用力度 ;扩大农业对外开放 ;积极推进农业产业化经营。

WT5”BZ]Proceeding from the WTOs basic law of the agricultural trade—Uruguay Bout Agricultural Agreement and Chinese American Agricultural Cooperation Agreement reached by China and America,this paper analyzes the positive significance and the negative effect on Chinese agricultural development of entering WTO.The main answering tactics and measures are put forward.They are adjusting agricultural structure,optimizing resources disposal,increasing usable degree of Green Box Policy in WTO,broaden agriculture opening to the outside world and driving the agricultural production business positively.
