离子注入选育α-乙酰乳酸脱羧酶菌株 被引量:24

Selective breeding of microbial strain with high yield of α-acetolactate decarboxylase by ion implantation

摘要 采用离子注入技术对一株产 α-乙酰乳酸脱羧酶的地衣芽孢杆菌 (Bacillus Licheniformis)BL391进行诱变处理。结果表明 ,在 N+注入剂量为 50× 1 0 15/cm2时 ,诱变效果较好。从正变菌株中反复筛选 ,得到一株产酶量高的菌株 HL1 1 5,比原出发菌株的酶活提高了 40 %左右。经过连续传代实验 ,其遗传性状稳定。 A study was made on Bacillus Licheniformis strain BL391 with the production of α acetolactate decarboxylase by the technology of ion implantation. The result showed that the optimal mutagenic effect was at the ion dose of 50×10 15 N + per cm 2. After lots of screening tests, a mutant strain was gotted named HL115 whose activity of α ALDC was about 40% higter them than that of the original strain BL391. And it was found that the yield of α ALDC by the strain HL115 was rather stable through successive transfer of cultures. Ion implantation is a new effective means of mutagenesis.
