In the knowledge economy era of the 21'. century,women are an important force to pro- mote social and economic development. The level of women's education will critically affect women's participation in social and economic development and policy-making as subjects. As a unique and new mode of education, continuing education has emphasized the renovation of knowl- edge and technology and the training of the learning capability.
