摘要
根据高校田径短期业余训练的实际情况 ,对运动训练系统作以分析 ,认为正确认识运动训练系统中教练员、运动员所处位置 ,制定出适宜的训练目标 ,加强技术训练、心理训练 ,合理安排运动负荷 ,是高校田径短期业余训练成功的关键。
It is concluded, based on the reality of short term amateur training for college track and field events as well as an analysis of athletic training system, that the key to the success of short term amateur training for college track and field events is a correct understanding to the positions that coaches and athletes hold in the athletic training system, the setting of appropriate training goals, the strengthening of skill and psychological training and the reasonable design of athletic load.
