摘要
分析了光纤微弯曲位移传感器的基本工作原理,并对不同齿数条件下,有无模式去除器及模式去除器位置对传感器的输出特性进行了实验研究。实验结果表明光纤微弯曲位移传感器的输出特性与台数、有无模式去除器及其位置有关。
The primary working theory of the optical fiber movement sensor is analyzed and studied experimental theory in different conditions. The experimental result is that the output characters are related with the different teech number of the transducer and the position of the mode filter.
