摘要
建立了乳鼠心肌细胞原代培养技术 ,将广枣总黄酮 (TFFC)用于ADR损伤培养心肌细胞模型上 ,观察培养基中LDH(乳酸脱氢酶 )及MDA(丙二醛 )含量的变化 .结果表明 ,TFFC能减少受损心肌细胞LDH的释放 (P <0 0 5 )并降低心肌细胞内MDA的含量 (P <0 0 5 ) 。
The cultural technique of suckling rats'cardiomyocytes has been set up and TFFC was used on cultured suckling rat's ardiomyocytes with adriamycin-induced peroxidation,the activity of LDH and content of MDA in culture medium were determined.The results showed that the content of LDH and MDA in TFFC group decreased ( P<0 05,P<0 05 ),so TFFC has antioxidative activity in cultural cardiomyocytes.
