摘要
对新型非线性晶体 Cs Li B6 O1 0 的 类、 类倍频的相位匹配角、有效非线性系数、允许波长进行了理论模拟计算 .在 4 0 0~ 2 4 0 0 nm波段范围内对 CLBO和 BBO的倍频特性比较结果表明 ,由于 CLBO的有效非线性系数小 ,允许参量范围比 BBO宽 ,易获得高能量的激光输出 .
We obtained the second harmonic generation nonlinear effective coefficient and permitted parametric of a new crystal-CsLiB 6O 10 by theoretical simulation.It is presented that its nonlinear effective coefficient is small,but its permitted parametric is broader than that of β-BaB 2O 4,which favors high efficiency in frequency conversion.
