Hebei Province's Water Resources in Social and Economic Development

干旱缺水一直是制约河北经济发展的因素 ,通过分析河北省水文气象特征 ,降雨量的时空分布特征 ,地上、地下水的现状及其利用情况 ,说明了河北省水资源的供需矛盾 ,指出了河北省干旱缺水的现实 ,提出要解决河北省水资源紧缺的现状就必须实行以节水为主的社会生产体系 .

Aridity and shorting of water is the restricted factor for economic development,through analysis the feature of hydrology and meteorology;the characteristic of precipitation's distribution;the water of on ground and underground's present situation and the utilizing in Hebei province.It explains the contradictory of water's supplying and requirement,and points out the fact that Hebei province is always aridity and shorting of water,it raises that in order to change the status quo of lacking of water,we must carry out the social produced system of economic on water.
