摘要
从蔬菜地泥土中分离到一株降解氧乐果 (omethoate)能力强的芽孢杆菌 (Bacillus) ,对此株菌的个体形态、生理生化特点进行了分类研究 ,确定该株菌为巨大芽孢杆菌 (Bacillusmegaterium) ,其主要特性以及芽孢形成 ,与伯杰氏细菌鉴定手册描述的相同 .研究还表明 ,该菌能够在以氧乐果为唯一碳源的基础培养基中生长得很好 ,生长一周后 ,以未接种的基础培养基为空白对照 ,以同时从泥土中分离到的降解氧乐果细菌作为降解效率对照 ,在波长为 5 6 0nm处 ,测得该菌的OD值为 1.0 32 ,明显高于降解效率对照 。
WT5”BZ]This article describes a strain of omethate degrading efficient Bacillus isolated from the earth of vegetable farm soil. Study on its physiologic and biochemical analysis prove that it is a Bacillus megaterium . Its main characterization and the form of germa like the model strain. The bacteria grow well in basic culture medium and use omethoate as sole carbon sources, after it grow a week, its value of absorption is 1.032 at wavelength 560 nm. This shows the bacteria has efficient degradation to omethoate. [WT5”HZ]
