The construction of the Fundamental Digital Seismic Station of Taiyuan of China and its observatory system and technical system are introduced. Since equipped with the most advanced digital seismic observatory and data processing system as well as satellite communication system, the Fundamental Digital Seismic Station of Taiyuan of China will play an important role in the earthquake monitoring of Shanxi Province.
