关于长春市大气污染治理规划的初步研究

A preliminary study on the atmosphere pollution control of Changchun City

随着社会的发展 ,大气环境质量日趋恶化 ,针对长春市的自然背景条件及大气质量现状 ,笔者分析了造成大气质量下降的原因及存在的问题 ,提出了治理的原则、目标及近、远期的治理规划。

With a social development, atmosphere pollution day by day, the cause of the forming a poor atmosphere quality and the existing problem are analysed according to a nature setting condition and the present atomosphere quality of Changchun City, Jilin province. Also, an aim and a short and long term control plan for atmosphere pollution are proposed in this paper.
