药物终止10～16周妊娠的临床研究

The clinical study about terminating pregnancy for ten to sixteen weeks by drugs

目的 :探索终止 10～ 16周妊娠的药物引产方法。方法 :将近两年来我院妊娠 10～ 16周的健康妇女随机分成两组。A组 :4 2例 ,米非司酮 50mgTid× 2d ,d3晨口服米索前列醇 6 0 0ug ,4h一次 ,最多 3次。B组 :4 2例 ,经阴羊膜腔内插管注入雷夫诺尔 10 0mg引产。结果 :A组成功率为 92 .9% ,B组成功率为 76 .2 %。结论 :口服米非司酮配米索前列醇能较好的终止 10～ 16周妊娠。

Objective:To investigate the methods of terminating pregnancy by drugs to women pregnancy for ten to sixteen weeks.Methods:The healthy women pregnancy for ten to sixteen weeks in two years in our hospital were divided into two groups randomly. Group A:The forty-two women took mifepristone 50mg orally twice a day for two days,the third day,they took misoprostol 600ug orally every four hours,but no more than three times.Group b:The forty-two women were poured Ethacridine 100mg to the cavity of amniotic membrane by a pipe inserting the vagina to terminating pregnancy.Results:The success rate of Group A is 92.9%,and of Group B is 76.2%.Conclusion:To the women of pregnancy for ten to sixteen weeks,given mifepristone in combination with misoprostol to profess is a better way to terminating pregnancy.
