特重型颅脑伤影响预后因素的分析

Analyzing the factors influencing the pognosis of extra severe brain injury

目的 :研究特重型颅脑伤影响预后的因素。方法 :在 6 9例特重型颅脑损伤 (GCS 3～ 5分 )的患者中分析了着力部位、年龄、伤型、血糖、高热等与死亡率的关系。结果和结论 :特重型颅脑损伤死亡率 6 9.6 6 % .发现后枕部着力是造成特重型颅脑伤最常见的致伤方式 :年龄越大死亡率越高 ,多发血肿合并脑挫裂伤、高血糖、高热、脑疝形成等均显著增加死亡率。呼吸道感染是引起后期患者死亡的最重要因素。

Objective:To find out the factors influencing the prognosis of extra severe traumatic brain injured patients.Methods:69 traumatic brain injured cases were reviewed with GCS 3~5, and the relationship between the impact point age, type of injury,blood sugar, hyperthermia and the mortality of extra severe trumatic brain injured patients were analysed.Results and Conclusion:The mortality of these patients were 69.66%.Patient's older age, severity of injury, brain herniation, brain contusion,hyperthermia and hyperlycemia increase their mortality significantly.
