102例肝损伤的治疗体会

The treatment experience of 102 cases hepatic injury

目的 :观察开放性和闭合性肝损伤的治疗效果。方法 :总结我院 1986 .5～ 2 0 0 0 .5共 10 2例肝损伤的治疗经验。结果 :非手术 2 2例 ,手术 80例 ,其中有 5例死亡 ,均为肝实质严重破损 ,术中、术后大出血 ,休克 ,肝功能衰竭而死亡。结论 :迅速有效地进行抢救 ,细致准确的手术探查及处理是降低死亡率和手术后并发症的关键。

Objective:Observing the therapeutic result of the open and closed hepatic injury. Method:Sum up the experience of curing the hepatic injury of 102 cases the l986.5～2000.5 in our hospital.Result:There were none-operative 22 cases and operative 80cases,including the 5 dead because of the liver parenchyma beingseverely injuried massive hemorrhage of midoperation andpostoperation, shock and liver failure.Conclusion:The key to reduce the operative mortality rateand complication after operation is to save the patients rapidly andeffectually,to examine and treat the patients carefully and exactly.
