采用以系统分析、全过程控制为核心的“三环一点”的思路 ,设计了厦门市鼓浪屿区的垃圾分类方案。
Based on the idea of 'three rings for one dot' whose key point is system analysis and whole process control, the refuse classification plan for Gulangyu District in Xiamen City was proposed.
