阴茎海绵体内注射血管活性药物治疗心因性勃起功能障碍的评价

Evaluating clinical effect of treatment with intracavernous injection of vasoactive drugs on psychogenic erectile dysfunction

目的： 探讨阴茎海绵体内注射血管活性药物对心因性勃起功能障碍的疗效。方法： 67例心因性勃起功能障碍患者进行阴茎海绵体内注射盐酸罂粟碱和酚妥拉明混合液，配合心理咨询、性知识讲解和性咨询等二阶段综合治疗。结果：第一、二阶段治疗的有效率分别为25.4%、78.0%，总有效率为83.6%。结论：阴茎海绵体内注射，配合心理咨询、性知识讲解和性咨询等综合治疗对病人恢复信心和诱发勃起完成性生活有重要的作用，是一种简单、有效的治疗方法。

Objective: To observe the effect of intracavernous injection of vasoactive drugs for treating psychogenic erectile dysfunction (ED). Methods: 67 cases of psychogenic ED were analysed retrospectively. All patients underwent the papaverine-phentolamine injection and psychosexual therapy. Results: Optimal response after one stage and two stage was 25.4% and 78.0% respectively, and the total effective rate was 83.6%. Conclusion: Besides psychosexual therapy, intracavernous injection is another important method for treating psychogenic ED.
