Effectiveness of COTP regimen for treatment of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma

目的：为了观察吡柔吡星（THP）治疗非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHL)的疗效。方法：用THP代替CHOP中的阿霉素 （ADM）组成了COTP方案治疗23例NHL。结果：缓解率高达78.2%，而出现毒副反应极小。结论：该方案值得临床推广。

Objective: Chemotherapy regimen of CHOP was used in the treatment of Non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL). On the basis of it we added THP instead of ADM to improve effectiveness of the treatment on NHL. Method: With the chemotherapy regimen of COTP, we treated 23 patients with NHL during the period from January, 1995 to July, 2000. Results: For these 23 patients with NHL, the total rate of remission reached 78.2%. The toxicity and side effect of COTP were less severe than those seen in the CHOP. Conclusion: This study suggested that COTP is an effective chemotherapy regimen with less severe toxicity and side effect.
