摘要 通过对 2 2起医疗纠纷的综合分析 ,得出由医疗事故造成的纠纷比例小 ,而服务态度差、患方缺乏医学知识、解释不明才是医疗纠纷产生的主要原因 ,且外科系统的医疗纠纷占的比例大。针对上述情况 ,认为应采取以下措施防范和减少医疗纠纷 :1加强医德和法制教育 ,不断改善服务态度 ;2加强医疗安全教育 ,防止差错事故发生 ;3重视人才培养 ,提高技术水平 ;4加强各科室及医务人员之间的协作配合 ,互相支持 ;5不断完善医疗制度 ,确保医疗工作正常运行 ;6密切医患关系 ,加强医患沟通。通过以上措施的采纳 。 Through analyzing 22 cases about medical dissension, the proportion of the dissension caused by malpractice was small. The main reasons causing medical dissension were bad service attitude, patient knowing little medical knowledge and indistinct explanation. In addition, the proportion of medical dissension happened in surgery system was large. Some following measures should be taken to prevent and decrease medical dissension. (1) Strengthening medical moral and law education to improve service attitude. (2) Strengthening medical security education to prevent malpractice. (3) Paying attention to train the talent to promote their medical skills. (4) Strengthening cooperation among departments and medical stuff. (5) Perfecting medical system to ensure medical work to be operated normally. (6) Enhancing communication between doctor and patient to improve doctor-patient relationship.
