摘要
食品超市九十年代在我市的数量迅速增加 ,其经营品种和经营方式也和我国传统销售方式有所不同 ,消费群体日益扩大。文章通过对 2 7个食品超市的食品加工、销售条件、销售方式的情况进行调查 ,分析了在食品卫生方面存在的问题 。
Food supermarkets rapidly increased in 1990s and sales assortment of food and sale method were different with traditional sales method. The consumption group also increased gradually. This paper analyzed the problems exiting in food hygiene based on survey on food processing, sales condition and sales method in 27 food supermarkets and some countermeasures in hygiene were put forward.
