摘要
目的 探讨 T2 毒素致大鼠心肌损伤的机制。方法 通过慢性毒理学实验 ,运用电镜酶学、生理酶学及高效液相色谱技术 ,观察 T2 毒素对大鼠心肌能量代谢的影响。结果 T2 毒素可使大鼠心肌组织中 ATP含量、线粒体呼吸链呼吸酶、细胞色素氧化酶活力以及 ATP酶活力下降。结论 T2 毒素可能通过损害大鼠心肌能量代谢而导致心肌不可逆损伤 ,加硒或加维生素
Objective To study the injury mechanism of T 2 toxin to the myocardium of rats.Methods The activities Cyt-c and ATPase were measured by electron microscopic,enzymology and biomedical enzymology.The contents of ATP,ADP,AMP in the myocardium of rats were tested by HPLC.Results T 2 toxin could reduce the content of ATP in myocardium and decrease the activity of Cyt-c and ATPase.Conclusions T 2 toxin can induce irreversible myocardium damage through impairing myocardial energy metabolism.Supplementation of selenium or vitamin E may partially antagonize this damaging effect.
