2种剂量碘油丸口服后1年内儿童尿碘排泄观察

Excretory rule of urine iodine during one year after taking orally iodized oil capsule

目的 了解 2种剂量碘油丸口服后儿童尿碘排泄值和排泄规律。方法 选取 7～ 12岁学生 ,分 3个组 ,分别给予 0 .2 ,0 .3g和安慰剂量碘油丸口服 ,观察尿碘排泄情况。结果 服碘油丸后 5 h尿碘达高峰 ,尿碘中位数分别为 2 5 0 0 0 0和 2 32 5 0 0 μg/L,7d内排泄最快 ,14d以后排泄缓慢 ,3个月后尿碘中位数在 2 0 0 μg/L 上下波动 ,11个月后与对照组相同。第 1、3、7d服 0 .3g组的尿碘中位数均大于服 0 .2 g组 ,差异有显著意义。第 14d以后直到观察结束 ,2个组的尿碘中位数差异无显著意义。结论 2种剂量碘油丸口服后尿碘排泄规律一致 ,均有一个急剧排泄的阶段 ,时间很短 ,尿碘值很高 ;0 .3g组高于 0 .2 g组 ,表明多服多排 ,当用碘油丸作为补碘措施时 。

Objective Understand level and excretory rule of urine iodine during one year after taking orally iodized oil capsule.Methods The pupils of 7~12 years old were divided three groups that were administered iodized iol capsule separately 0.2,0.3 and console dosage.Then,urine iodine of the pupils was tested during one year.Results Urine iodine concentration reached top after 5 hours by taking orally iodized oil capsule.The median urine iodine was 250 000 μg/L for 0.2 group,232 500 μg/L for 0.3 group.It was rapidly for urine iodine concentration to descend during 7 days.It becomes lowly after 14 days.The median urine iodine is fluctuation about 200 μg/L after 3 months.It was same as control group after 11 months.The urine iodine median of 0.3 group was higher than 0.2 group in first day,third day and seventh day.Conclusions The excretory rule of urine iodine for 0.2 dosage idoized oil capsule was same as that for 0.3.The urine iodine value reach high level rapidly and the excretory time is short.The urine iodine level for 0.3 group was higher than for 0.2 group.That indicate:the more to taking orally iodized oil capsule the more to excretory.It is suitable to use small dosage iodized oil capsule.
