内皮素在先天性心脏病肺动脉高压中表达的研究

Expression of plasma endothelin in pulmonary hypertesion caused by ventricular septal defect of congenital heart disease

目的 探讨内皮素 (ET)在先天性心脏病 (简称先心病 )室间隔缺损 (简称室缺 )伴肺动脉高压 (简称肺高压 )中的表达及其临床意义。方法 应用放射免疫均相竞争法直接测定 15例先心病室缺伴肺高压患者血浆中 ET的表达 ,并与先心病室缺无肺高压的患者组作对照。结果 肺高压的先心病患者血浆中的 ET水平显著高于无肺高压的先心病患者。结论 ET与先心病室缺伴肺高压的发生。

Objective To detect endothelin (ET) in plasmal of ventricular septal defect (VSD) of contenital heart disease (CHD) with pulmonary hypertension (PH) and discuss its significance.Methods The levels of plasmal ET were measured by Radiommunoassary 15 CHD with PH and 15 CHD without PH of control groups.Results Plasma ET were markedly increased in patient with PH.Conclusions ET play an important role in formation of PH caused by CHD.
