摘要
传统的门诊信息系统一般只较好地解决了门诊收费问题,新一代比较完整的系统将以医生诊间系统为核心,从病人预约和挂号开始,将门诊就诊全过程信息化。文章分析了其必要性和可行性,并就门诊病人就诊ID标识、反馈式管理模型的设计和实施、门诊医生诊间系统、门诊病历的录入、门诊系统建设的投入/产出比分析、门诊系统实施难点等有关问题进行了讨论。
Traditional information system of outpatient department generally solved the problem of clinic change. The new perfect system, based on the center of consultation system among doctors, from making an appointment to registration of patients, will realize the informatization of the whole process of clinic visit. The article analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the system, and carry out a discussion on the relative problems such as the identifying of outpatient' s ID, design and implementation of feedback management model, consultation system among doctors, input of the clinic records, the comparative analysis on the input/ output of the outpatient system construction, the difficulties existed in the implementation of outpatient system and etc.
