巯甲丙脯酸对兔失血性休克时肠系膜微循环的改善作用

摘要 家兔自股动脉放血造成失血性休克,90分钟后应用巯甲丙脯酸1mg/kg及配合补液输血治疗。微循环观察显示:微血管从收缩转为舒张状态,微血管口径扩大,血流速度增快,微循环的灌流量增加。同单纯输血输液对照组相比,具有显著性差异(p<0.01)。结果表明巯甲丙脯酸对失血性休克时微循环有良好的改善作用。 Rabbits' hemorrhagic shock was effected by femoral artery bloodlt ring. After 90 minutes, rabbits were treated with captopril(1ml/kg)liquid and blood transfusion. It showed that micrangiums changed from contraction to dilation, and microvascular flow and microcirculatory perfusion increased. The difference betwuen the controlgroup the treated groups was very significant(p<0.01). The results showed that that captopril effectively improves microcirculation in hemorrhagic shock.
