摘要
本文研究了口服羧乙基锗倍半氧化物(Ge—132)后对人外周血淋巴细胞中自然杀伤(NK)细胞活性的影响。用伊红Y染色计数测定法,20例正常成人服药前NK细胞活性平均为19.70±8.69%((?)±SD),口服Ge—132(100mg/日)10日后,NK细胞活性上升至32.35±10.79%,两者相比差异非常显著(p<0.001),表明Ge—132能显著增强人NK细胞活性。
We investigated in vivo effect of Ge-132 on natural killer (NK)Cell activity of human peripheral blood lymphocytes by means of eosin Y staining and count. The result showed that the average NK activity of 20 normal adults was 19.70±8.69% ((?)±SD), while it went up to 32.35±10.79% after oral administration of Ge-132 (100mg/day×10 day) (p<0.001). It is suggested that Ge-132 can significantly enhance the cytotoxie activity of NK cell to target(K_(562)) cells. The mechanisms of the action of G_e-132 on NK activity is discussed.
