摘要
通过对产业转型研究的介绍，提出了泛环保产业的概念，并对泛环保产业理论内涵进行了阐述，在此基础上，对农业转型有关问题进行了探讨。
The concept of universisal environmental protection industry was proposed through introduction to the study on IT(Industrial Transform), and its connotation was presented.In addition, agricultural transformation was discussed based on the above theory.
